RavePool is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all its business activities. We acknowledge our responsibility to uphold the principles contained in the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and take steps to ensure transparency within our operations and supply chains.
Our Business and Supply Chains
As a small company with fewer than 10 employees, our operations and supply chains are relatively simple. Nevertheless, we recognise the importance of maintaining high ethical standards and promoting fair labour practices.
Steps Taken
To prevent modern slavery and human trafficking, we have taken the following steps:
- Employee Awareness: We ensure that our employees are aware of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking and understand the role they can play in preventing it.
- Supplier Due Diligence: While our supply chains are limited, we conduct due diligence on our suppliers to assess their compliance with anti-slavery principles.
- Compliance with the Modern Slavery Act: We comply with the requirements of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and strive to improve our practices continually.
Future Actions
Despite our size, we are committed to continuously improving our efforts to combat modern slavery. In the future, we plan to:
- Review and Update: Regularly review and update our anti-slavery policy to ensure its effectiveness and relevance.
- Training: Provide additional training to our employees on modern slavery and human trafficking.
